A slimmer university in future

International researchers and staff working at companies in Århus can look forward to better childcare facilities in future. Interskolen in Viby are planning to open the city’s first international childcare centre, with room for 40-50 children.
This will be a pre-school centre that prepares the children for school. The initiative has come about owing to the increasing number of international staff working in Århus. For Aarhus University the childcare centre could be a huge asset in the hunt to attract international researchers. The centre will be opening as soon as possible, although no date has been set yet.
