And the system will definitely be a huge advantage for AU IT because they will only have to provide support for a single email system instead of the 8-10 systems currently in existence. The transition to the new shared email and diary system will be carried out gradually during the first half of 2012. However, all members of staff will be kept informed by email when the date for their change of address approaches.
