Many international students start their courses at Aarhus University before receiving a final Danish CPR registration number. During their first few weeks these students are given a temporary CPR number so they can be registered in the university’s computer systems and elsewhere. So when the Folkeregister sends you your permanent CPR number, it is very important that you inform us of this new number.
