The experience gained in the Molecular Biosciences International Student Programme (MOBIL) has shown that the selection of students through short research visits and active recruitment in the form of presentation tours is a very effective and reliable way to find highly qualified and motivated students. 45 students were enrolled in the programme during the first three years.
